Oman's Ministry of Heritage and Tourism signed an agreement valued at over 400 million Omani rials ($1.04 billion) with Dhofar Tourism Company. The agreement was announced during the Ministry's participation in the 'Urban October' Forum in Muscat.
This deal was the largest among a package of agreements announced at the forum, with a total value exceeding 550 million Omani rials ($1.43 billion).
These agreements spanned the tourism, education, real estate, and housing sectors, reflecting the diversity of the projects signed at the event.
Named the 'Modana' Integrated Tourism Complex in Dhofar, the project aims to enhance the tourism infrastructure in the governorate.
