Broker Ting-Wei "Willy" Sun pleaded guilty to conspiracy to illegally divert Nvidia AI chips to China as part of a plea deal with prosecutors, according to Bloomberg. Sentencing in his case is expected on September 8, 2027, according to reports detailing the agreement.
