Al Ramz Real Estate Company announced that initial bookings for the "Masar Corner" project in "Masar Destination" in Makkah reached approximately SAR 670 million by the end of launch day, with buyers participating from 51 countries, according to a disclosure published by the company on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
The project comprises two towers consisting of 541 residential, commercial, and service units, spanning a total built-up area of approximately 125,000 square meters, making it one of the prominent developments within Masar Destination.
The project targets delivering units in 2029, while the company clarified that these figures are preliminary and issued by the developer via the official disclosure.
The volume of first-day bookings reflects widespread demand for Makkah real estate from buyers across several countries, at a time when the Saudi real estate sector is witnessing active development momentum in new projects.
