US-based Oratomic raised $475 million in a Series B round, bringing its total funding to $775 million at a valuation of $5.4 billion.

Quantum computing company Oratomic raised $475 million in a Series B round, bringing its total funding to $775 million since its launch in March 2026, as reported by The Qubit Report.
The round was co-led by ARCH Venture Partners, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, Index Ventures, General Catalyst, and Bezos Expeditions. Based in Pasadena, California, Oratomic builds quantum computers using neutral-atom technology.
A client memo from law firm Wilson Sonsini valued the company at $5.4 billion, while a press report on the deal cited a $5.5 billion valuation, indicating that the reported valuation figures differ between the two sources.
The round's structure features six co-lead investors, a distribution that reduces the company's reliance on a single lead investor. With this round complete, the total raised by Oratomic reaches $775 million within months of its launch.
