Accor and Cityview launch Movenpick Residences Dubai Motor City with 408 residences, alongside the Pullman Residences & Offices project in Meydan, bringing the total to 690 residences.

Movenpick Residences Arrives in Dubai with 408 Residences in Motor City

Accor Group is expanding into Dubai's branded residences market through two projects with Cityview Developments, led by Movenpick Residences Dubai Motor City featuring 408 residences expected to open in 2028, alongside the previously announced Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan project, adding a total of 690 residences to the partners' portfolio following the success of Hyde Residences Dubai Hills.

Movenpick Residences marks the world's first standalone Movenpick Residences project and the first branded residential project in Dubai Motor City. It includes studios and one- and two-bedroom residences with a fitness center, padel court, swimming pools, and a kids' club, situated within a family-oriented community featuring retail and dining services.

Meanwhile, Pullman Residences & Offices features 282 Pullman-branded residences and branded offices in Meydan Horizon, representing Accor's first branded offices for sale globally, scheduled to open in 2029 after the signing of both projects during the Future Hospitality Summit FHS World 2026.

Camil Yazbeck, Global Chief Development Officer, Premium, Midscale & Economy Division at Accor, stated that the signing represents a milestone as the company extends its hospitality expertise into a new sector of commercial real estate, adding that it builds on a strong partnership with Cityview to deliver formats that respond to the way people live and work in Dubai.

What do these terms mean?

Branded Residences: Residential units managed and marketed under a global hotel brand, with owners receiving hotel services and amenities.

Movenpick and Pullman: Two hotel brands under Accor Group, with usage rights granted to hotel and residential projects.

Accor One Living: An Accor platform specialized in developing and operating mixed-use branded residential communities.

Branded Offices: Offices managed under a hotel brand and sold to investors, combining working and living environments.
