Analysts believe the extension buys time but keeps uncertainty alive, while global supply chains continue repositioning toward geopolitically aligned partners. The combination of tariffs and war-driven high energy costs exerts simultaneous inflationary and recessionary pressure on importing emerging economies such as Egypt, India, and Turkey, compared to relative support for energy-exporting Gulf countries.
