'Cityscape Global 2026' Kicks Off in Riyadh from November 16 to 19

The "Cityscape Global 2026" exhibition will kick off in Riyadh from November 16 to 19 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, according to Sabq newspaper.

In its new edition, the exhibition focuses on the role of architecture in quality of life, specifically how building design and neighborhood planning affect residents' comfort, health, and mobility. This focus comes at a time when development projects are shifting toward designing communities that consider services, facilities, and open spaces, rather than residential units alone.

Major development companies and entities are participating in the exhibition, including ROSHN, Diriyah, Rua Al Haram Makkah, New Murabba, Masar, Rua Al Madinah, and the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), making it a platform that brings together developers, investors, and government entities in one place.

Organizers cited the "Residential Market Dynamics" study prepared by JLL for Saudi Arabia for the first quarter of 2026, which indicated that buyers prioritize amenity-rich, service-oriented, and affordable communities, prompting developers to reconsider project designs and the services provided. The timing of the exhibition reflects active development activity in the Saudi real estate sector.
