Boursa Kuwait continued its rise for a second consecutive session, as the Premier Market index rose 0.15%, or 13.25 points, to close at 9,063.91 points, while the Main Market index climbed 0.20% to 8,918.53 points, making Kuwait one of the few Gulf markets to close higher.

Total liquidity exceeded 80.16 million dinars, traded across 304.44 million shares through 22,040 transactions, representing a good activity level compared to previous sessions.

Al-Takhsees stock topped the list of stocks in terms of trading value with a 12% jump, after registering trades worth 14.46 million dinars, accounting for about 18% of the entire market liquidity, a remarkable concentration in a single stock.

The session served as a second recovery following five consecutive declining sessions, making the continuation of the rise dependent on the market's ability to broaden gains to include other sectors rather than just one stock. The performance concerns investors and savers in Kuwait.
