Baseten Raises $1.5 Billion in Series F Round, Valued at $13 Billion
AI inference company Baseten has closed a $1.5 billion Series F funding round, boosting its valuation to $13 billion.

AI inference platform company Baseten has closed a $1.5 billion Series F funding round, raising its market valuation to $13 billion in one of the largest AI infrastructure funding deals of 2026.
Baseten provides enterprises with an end-to-end platform to deploy and run AI models at scale, enabling developers to use open-source or custom models with high efficiency and low cost compared to traditional cloud alternatives.
This funding comes at a time of escalating competition in the AI inference market, which estimates suggest will account for the lion's share of enterprise spending on AI over the next five years.
The company plans to use the funding to expand its server network across US and European data centers and develop new tools to reduce latency in real-time applications. Analysts view that Baseten's success confirms the inference layer has become the heart of the competitive battle in the AI economy.
