Reportage Group has launched two new projects in the Meydan Horizon area in Dubai, namely "Verso" and "Epoch", with a total of 234 residential units. These two projects are the group's first in this area, representing a new entry into the district and an expansion of its presence in the Dubai market, according to Al Bayan newspaper.
The "Verso" project comprises 174 units on a plot of 2,487 square meters, consisting of 15 upper floors with 192 parking spaces. This project accounts for the largest portion of the total units offered, targeting a wide segment of buyers looking for units in a high-rise building close to services, with a large number of parking spaces to meet residents' needs.
As for the "Epoch" project, it includes 60 units on a 1,732-square-meter plot, consisting of six upper floors with 67 parking spaces. Together, the two projects complete the group's plan in the area, differing in size and number of units, giving buyers two distinct options depending on space and budget. With this, the group has brought its total number of units offered in the area to 234 units.
The launch reflects Reportage's expansion in Dubai's real estate market and its entry into the Meydan Horizon area. The region is witnessing growing development activity, attracting developers who offer residential projects with different specifications and prices to meet the tastes of various buyer segments, amid competition for locations close to the city center.
