Singapore-based DayOne Data Centers has officially filed a registration statement to list American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker DODC, according to the offering filing cited by Renaissance Capital.

Renaissance Capital estimates that the company could raise around $3 billion from the offering, noting that the number of shares and price range have not yet been determined. The filing reveals revenues of $845 million for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026. The filing marks the first detailed public disclosure of the company's business scale ahead of the IPO.

The company's total capacity stands at 4.6 gigawatts, with contracted commitments of about 2.3 gigawatts from seven hyperscale and technology clients, backing the offering with strong demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure. This means a significant portion of the capacity is being built under pre-signed contracts, providing investors with clearer visibility into future revenues.

The offering is being underwritten by a syndicate of major banks including Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Citi, and BNP Paribas. The listing comes as data center companies race to expand to accommodate AI workloads. Investors are watching the offering as a bellwether for market appetite toward AI infrastructure assets in Asia.

What Do These Terms Mean?

Initial Public Offering (IPO): The first sale of a company's stock to the public on an exchange, transitioning it from a private company to a listed company.

American Depositary Shares (ADS): Certificates traded on U.S. exchanges that represent shares in a foreign company.

Gigawatt: A unit of electrical power equal to one billion watts, used here to measure data center capacity.

Contracted Commitments: Leased capacity under signed contracts with clients, rather than merely available capacity.
