Ellington and Al Hamra Launch AED 2.8 Billion Berkeley Tower in Business Bay

Ellington Properties, in partnership with Al Hamra Group, announced the launch of 'The Berkeley' tower in Dubai's Business Bay area, valued at AED 2.8 billion (approximately USD 762 million), making it the company's largest and tallest commercial project to date.

Rising over 60 floors, the tower features Grade A office space alongside facilities and services including a robotic parking system and double-deck elevators with a destination control system, aimed at enhancing movement efficiency within the building.

Five floors are dedicated to amenities, including business lounges, meeting rooms, fitness, health and wellness facilities, outdoor terraces, event spaces, a club, and interactive gaming areas. The project is located in Business Bay near Downtown Dubai and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), with connectivity to major transport networks.

Joseph Thomas, Co-Founder of Ellington Properties, said the tower reflects the company's ambitions for its commercial portfolio and its push toward work environments that go beyond traditional office space. Benoy Kurien, Group CEO of Al Hamra, stated that Dubai continues to reinforce its position as a global business hub, and that the partnership brings together the expertise of both entities to develop a project supporting the growth of Business Bay.
