Dubai recorded AED 3.4 billion in real estate transactions across 1,370 deals at the start of the week, according to data from the "Dubai REST" application affiliated with the Dubai Land Department, as reported by Al Khaleej newspaper.
Sales accounted for the largest share of these transactions, totaling AED 2.4 billion through 913 deals. Dubai Industrial City topped the list of top-selling areas with AED 169 million, followed by "Al Yufrah 1" with AED 156 million, "Wadi Al Safa 3" with AED 134 million, and "Palm Jebel Ali" with AED 96 million.
Mortgages reached a value of AED 559 million across 392 deals, with "Al Nahda First" leading in mortgages at AED 81 million, followed by "Wadi Al Safa 4" with AED 46 million, "Dubai Hills" with AED 35 million, and "Al Hebiah Sixth" with AED 33 million.
Gifts registered AED 430 million across 65 deals, led by "Jumeirah Bay Island" with AED 229 million, followed by "Dubai Marina" with AED 82 million, and "Palm Jebel Ali" with AED 43 million. These daily figures come as the Dubai real estate market continues to record high activity levels.
