Dubai recorded real estate transactions worth AED 574.12 billion across 165,018 transactions during the period from January to September 2026, according to a survey based on Dubai Land Department data. This amount equals approximately 62.47% of the total value of AED 919 billion recorded in all of 2025.

Sales value reached AED 379.4 billion across 123,416 deals, marking the second-highest nine-month sales value in the market's history. Mortgages reached AED 151.13 billion, while grants reached AED 43.6 billion.

September alone recorded transactions worth AED 50.78 billion across 16,490 transactions. Another reading of the Dubai Land Department data, published by Argaam website, indicates that sales value for the nine months reached approximately AED 378.6 billion across nearly 122.9 thousand transactions, registering a 23.5% decrease from the previous year, with September sales value dropping by 45.6%.

Transaction volume is important as it reflects investor appetite and purchasing demand in one of the region's most prominent real estate markets, directly impacting unit prices and rents. The difference between the two figures stems from a different measurement baseline rather than a data conflict, as AED 574.12 billion represents total transactions including sales, mortgages, and grants, whereas AED 378.6 billion represents sales value alone, which is close to the AED 379.4 billion sales value mentioned above.
