The transactions were distributed between sales worth AED 1.53 billion through 485 deals, mortgages valued at AED 351 million, and gifts worth AED 213 million. These figures cover transactions over a single day in the emirate.
The Business Bay area topped the sales list in terms of value with AED 181 million, followed by Palm Jebel Ali with AED 118 million, reflecting a concentration of demand in specific areas within the emirate rather than an equal distribution across all regions.
Daily real estate transactions in Dubai serve as an indicator of market vitality, with published data including sales, mortgages, and gifts. Market participants compare sales volume with mortgage volume to gauge the nature of demand, as higher mortgages indicate an expansion in bank-financed purchases, while gifts reflect intra-family ownership transfers.
