Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract to Mar Marine and Building Contracting for marine and beach works on Island B within the Dubai Islands project.

The contract includes developing approximately three kilometers of the island's western coastline and adding 320 meters of waterfront near the "Bay Villas" community, which comprises 636 villas and townhouses. Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, stated that the works will create a "high-quality coastal environment" developed alongside the broader master plan for the project.
