LMD Launches 400-Meter Christian Rockefeller Commercial Tower in Dubai

LMD has launched the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, a branded Grade A commercial development, according to TradeArabia as cited by IndexBox. The company states that the tower will become the tallest commercial tower in the city upon completion.

The project is being developed in partnership with Christian A. Rockefeller, a sixth-generation member of the Rockefeller family represented by Iconique Living Group, while Devmark leads sales and marketing. The tower marks the global real estate debut of the Christian A. Rockefeller brand, according to the source.

Standing 400 meters tall across 87 floors, the tower features four office clusters and five floors dedicated to amenities, including two for wellness. Amenities include a reception hall, spa, infinity pool, and padel court, in addition to retail stores, cafes, restaurants, and a business center on the 87th floor featuring lounges, podcast studios, an event hall, and a pool overlooking the city.

Hamad Al Abbar, Managing Partner at LMD UAE, said the tower represents a significant expansion in the company's portfolio and reflects its confidence in Dubai's future as a global business hub. For his part, Christian A. Rockefeller said he chose Dubai as the location for the first building bearing his brand because its investors appreciate long-term value, architectural discipline, and sustainable assets. Sean McCauley, CEO of Devmark, pointed to the building's location between two metro stations.
