"Housing for All Egyptians 9" Determines Rental Priorities in 8 Cities and 5 Locations
The Social Housing Fund has set the priorities for rental units in "Housing for All Egyptians 9" based on the number of applicants and the terms and conditions booklet, following the Cabinet's approval of Resolution 2/38/2026.

The Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund in Egypt stated that booking priorities for rental units under the presidential initiative "Housing for All Egyptians 9" are determined according to the terms and conditions booklet and based on the number of applicants for the announcement so far.
The offering includes eight new cities: New Nubariya, New October, 15th of May, Capital Gardens, New Obour, New Aswan, New Sohag, and New Qena, in addition to five locations in the governorates, including Al-Salam City in Cairo, Damanhour in Beheira, and a site in front of Nahda University in Beni Suef.
The Fund explained that priority in the rental track is given first to old rent clients who previously applied for an alternative unit via the Digital Egypt platform without an upper age limit, and second to newly married youth up to 35 years old.
The Fund allocated 5% of the total units to persons with disabilities, and required that the applicant or their spouse work within the new city or the governorate of application in either the public or private sector. It reminded that the offering is based on Board Decision No. 2/38/2026 issued on September 15, 2026, which was approved by the Cabinet.
