Humain is inviting bids for a 100 MW AI data center project, with proposals due on November 8, according to Billionaires Africa.
This comes after Hassan Allam Construction and Sterling & Wilson secured a contract valued at approximately SAR 750 million ($200 million) to execute the first phase of an AI data center in Riyadh.
Billionaires Africa reported that the first phase will take 16 months and deliver 16.2 MW of IT load, while the second phase aims to increase the center's capacity to 50 MW.
The solicitation comes as Saudi and regional companies race to build data centers capable of running AI models. These facilities demand vast spaces and high power loads.

Phase One: The initial stage of a phased project prior to expanding to a larger capacity.
