Deyaar Development, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, announced the handover of the 'Tria' residential project in Dubai Silicon Oasis, comprising 711 residential units and six commercial units, as reported by Business Today Middle East magazine. The building stands prominently in its surroundings, offering views of the Dubai skyline and surrounding parklands.
This handover brings the total units delivered by the company in 2026 to more than 2,100, following the completion of 1,436 units in the first half of the year across the 'Regalia', 'Jannat', and 'Talia Residences' projects. Deyaar has been operating in real estate development for over two decades and is considered one of Dubai's prominent developers.
The building features a three-winged design providing three distinct view corridors overlooking the Dubai skyline, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and the surrounding parklands. The project includes amenities such as swimming pools, landscaped gardens, children's areas, fitness and wellness facilities, sports courts, social spaces, and dining and entertainment areas.
Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, stated that the company welcomed owners of three of its Dubai projects earlier in the year, and that 'Tria' adds 711 units to this momentum. He described the project as a 'modern urban sanctuary' brought to life in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis, expressing gratitude to owners, investors, partners, contractors, government entities, and the company's team for its completion.
