The New Urban Communities Authority has offered investment land plots in new cities, including a 42,000-square-meter plot in New Tiba at EGP 2,865 per meter, with applications closing on October 15.

Egypt's Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced the offering of investment land plots in several new cities. Applications can be submitted electronically via the Investors Services Portal of the New Urban Communities Authority, with the application window closing on October 15.
In New Tiba City, a 42,000-square-meter plot was offered for integrated urban development in the extension of the city's service center in the Eighth District at EGP 2,865 per square meter, alongside other plots designated for warehouses at approximately EGP 2,000 per square meter.
In New Aswan, an educational plot measuring 11,451 square meters was offered at EGP 4,485 per meter, a logistics plot measuring 2,000 square meters at EGP 4,490 per meter, and a commercial plot measuring 1,826 square meters at EGP 14,020 per meter.
The application process begins by creating an account on the portal, activating it via email, choosing the city and opportunity, and uploading documents before the deadline. These offerings are part of the state's efforts to expand urban and investment activity in new cities and attract projects to new locations.
