The value of real estate sales in Dubai reached approximately AED 379 billion through 123,416 transactions during the period from January to September 2026, according to data from the emirate's Land Department, recording the second-highest sales value in the history of the real estate market there.

Data reported by the "Argaam" platform from the department showed that the sales value declined by 23.5% year-on-year during the first nine months of the year, indicating a slowdown in the pace of registration compared to the same period last year.

The monthly decline was sharper, as September sales alone dropped by 45.6% year-on-year to about AED 29.66 billion distributed across 11,430 transactions, according to the same source.

For its part, the "Emirates 24|7" platform estimated total real estate transactions during the nine months, including sales, mortgages, and gifts, at around AED 574.12 billion across 165,018 transactions, indicating that real estate activity in the emirate continues at historically high levels despite the slowdown in sales.
