Mnzil announced the establishment of a real estate fund valued at 1 billion riyals in partnership with "The Development Group" and "Capital Partners", aimed at building dedicated worker housing communities across several major Saudi cities.

The fund aims to provide up to 50,000 beds in purpose-built and operationally managed projects, with development work set to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, according to a report by IRH magazine.

The targeted cities include Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Makkah, and Madinah, reflecting a focus on urban and industrial centers experiencing high demand for worker housing.

The partners' roles are divided between "Capital Partners" handling the financial aspect, "The Development Group" in real estate development, and "Mnzil" focusing on technology and operational management. The fund comes at a time when several Gulf entities are moving to expand the supply of dedicated worker housing.
