Accor Raises Forecasts After 7.7% Revenue Growth in Third Quarter
Accor raised its annual forecast following a 7.7% revenue growth in the third quarter and a 4.9% rise in RevPAR, while the UAE's performance remained about 20% lower than last year.

French hotel group Accor announced revenue of €1.503 billion in the third quarter of 2026, up 7.7% at constant exchange rates, with revenue per available room (RevPAR) growing by 4.9%, and raised its annual profit forecast.
The group said the Luxury & Lifestyle division grew by 8.3%, while the Premium, Midscale & Economy division rose 3.2%, and revenue for the Luxury segment surged 11.6% at constant exchange rates. It added that it opened 63 hotels with around 9,000 rooms during the quarter, bringing its total to 5,857 hotels and 885,219 rooms.
In the UAE, RevPAR remained about 20% below its third-quarter 2025 level, despite improving compared to the previous quarter, as the UAE is the only Middle Eastern country affected by regional conflict, according to the statement. On the other hand, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey supported growth in the region.
Accor raised its forecast for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to between €1.270 billion and €1.285 billion for the full year, up from a previous range of €1.260 billion to €1.285 billion. It also expects network growth of 3% to 3.5% and RevPAR growth in the upper half of the 2% to 2.5% range.
