Subscription opens to investors between October 15 and 19, with institutional investors entering a day prior, and the shares will list on the stock exchange on October 23. Zetwerk stated that it will allocate $176.5 million from the fresh issue to repay company loans, and $116.8 million to pay off debt of nine subsidiaries, while the remainder will be directed toward acquisitions and general corporate purposes. Founded in 2017 in Bengaluru, the company's platform connects businesses with manufacturers across electronics, energy, aerospace, defense, and industrial automation sectors. Revenue from continuing operations rose to $2.16 billion in its last fiscal year, up from $1.54 billion a year earlier, while its losses narrowed to $8.69 million from $119.6 million.
