Al Moammar Receives Two New Work Orders From 'Humain' Exceeding Double Its Revenues

Al Moammar Information Systems received a third and fourth work order from AI company 'Humain', owned by the Public Investment Fund, on October 10th, according to the 'Argaam' platform.

The value of each order exceeds 135% of Al Moammar's total revenues in 2025, bringing the combined impact of the two orders to more than 270% of last year's revenues.

The execution period for each order is 16 months, with their financial impact beginning from the fourth quarter of 2026, meaning their effect will appear gradually in upcoming financial results.

The scale of these orders highlights the expansion of artificial intelligence activities in the Kingdom, as well as the role of listed companies in implementing digital infrastructure projects. Sources did not state the absolute financial value of the two orders nor the nature of the work to be executed.

What do these terms mean?

Work Order: A formal request from a client to a company to execute specific tasks for an agreed amount, usually issued under an existing framework contract.

Artificial Intelligence: A technology field enabling computers to perform tasks that typically require a human mind, such as data analysis, image recognition, and text generation.

Public Investment Fund: The Saudi sovereign wealth fund that invests in projects and companies inside and outside the Kingdom, and owns 'Humain', one of the largest domestic AI companies.
