WPP and Gradial Introduce AI Agents into Marketing
WPP Enterprise Solutions announced a strategic partnership with Gradial to integrate AI agents into content and marketing workflows, reducing execution time by up to 90%.

WPP Enterprise Solutions and Gradial announced a strategic partnership on October 20 enabling brands to integrate agentic AI into marketing, content, and customer experience ecosystems. The partnership builds on integrating Gradial's capabilities into existing enterprise systems, helping companies accelerate and scale marketing work from strategy through execution.
The partnership addresses an existing gap in enterprise marketing, as organizations possess the platforms, content strategy, and creative direction, but lack the operational infrastructure for execution at the required speed. Gradial's platform automates repetitive tasks in content production, management, and delivery, including quality assurance, accessibility checks, compliance verification, content migration, and publishing across CMS, DAM, CRM, and DXP systems.
Jeff Geheb, Global CEO of WPP Enterprise Solutions, said that clients have invested heavily in strategy, platforms, and customer experience, and now need an operational infrastructure that translates these investments into large-scale execution. Doug Tallmadge, CEO and Co-Founder of Gradial, stated that the partnership integrates agents into existing workflows rather than adding a new layer, with initial results including reducing content execution time by up to 90% and shortening site migration time by more than 30%.
WPP Enterprise Solutions established a dedicated Center of Excellence for agentic marketing operations, featuring certified practitioners, development experts, proprietary frameworks, and a global delivery architecture, offering it as a managed service to clients. Enablement capacity is centered in North America, with additional hubs in London, Buenos Aires, and Sydney. According to the company, Gradial reduced campaign launch times for T-Mobile by more than 90%, and the time to launch a new page at AWS from 10 hours to 30 minutes.
