The approvals included "Welzy" Holding for Financial Services and Custody Services, "Welzy" Securities Brokerage, "Paymob" for SME Financing, "MIDBANK" for Digital Small Business Finance, and "Fawry" as a provider of fintech outsourcing services restricted to its subsidiaries.
