Dubai Investments Park Begins Investor Meetings for Potential Offering
Dubai Investments Park plans to meet investors from October 19 to 26 to gauge demand for a potential initial public offering, which could be the first IPO in the UAE this year.

Dubai Investments Park Development Company, a subsidiary of Dubai Financial Market-listed Dubai Investments, plans to meet potential investors from October 19 to 26 to gauge demand for a potential initial public offering, Bloomberg reported, citing informed sources.
The offering could be the UAE's first IPO this year, according to the report. A company spokesperson declined to comment. Banks involved in the deal include Citigroup, Emirates NBD Capital, and HSBC, but the company has not yet announced its valuation, price range, or offering size.
An official announcement regarding the potential offering could come as early as next week, according to the Zawya website, citing sources. Dubai Investments had previously stated it was considering offering a 24% stake in the business, before announcing in April that the final timing decision had not yet been finalized.
Dubai Investments Park covers approximately 2,300 hectares and is one of the largest mixed-use developments in Dubai, featuring warehouses, hotels, retail stores, schools, and medical centers. The move comes as Gulf IPO activity slows down, with equity issuances in the Middle East and North Africa falling 79% in the first nine months of 2026 compared to the previous year.
