Dubai prepares to deliver 58,581 homes in the fourth quarter
Developer delivery schedules in Dubai point to 58,581 new homes in the fourth quarter of 2026, against 40,489 units delivered between January and September.

Developer delivery schedules in Dubai point to about 58,581 new residential units in the fourth quarter of 2026, according to the third-quarter report issued by REIDIN.
That number is higher than the 40,489 units actually delivered between January and September, meaning the final quarter of the year carries the largest share of planned deliveries.
If developers meet all announced dates, annual deliveries could approach 99,070 units by the end of 2026.
The report makes clear that these figures reflect developers' plans and announced dates, not actual handovers, which makes them subject to change depending on progress on each project.
