Samana Developer has launched its new luxury brand, 'Samana Kollekta,' alongside its first project in Dubai's 'The World Islands,' with a development value exceeding AED 4 billion, according to Al Khaleej newspaper.
The project comprises 840 branded residential units, as well as seven floating villas, with starting prices under AED 2 million.
Yachts will transport residents between the island and the mainland in a journey taking approximately 30 minutes.
The project brings the total number of developments launched by Samana in Dubai to 54, amid fierce competition among developers for luxury units.
