The OPEC+ alliance increased its oil output by 900,000 barrels per day during September to 39.07 million barrels per day, with Saudi Arabia leading the increase with production reaching 8.37 million barrels per day.

Crude oil production by OPEC+ alliance countries rose by 900,000 barrels per day month-on-month during September to 39.07 million barrels per day, according to OPEC's monthly report cited by the "Egypt Oil & Gas" platform.
Saudi Arabia led the increase in production, as its output reached 8.37 million barrels per day in September compared to 6.24 million barrels per day in August.
The OPEC Reference Basket averaged $110.59 per barrel in September, up by $24.15 from the previous month.
The rise in production reflects a gradual return to pumping levels after a period of restrictions, at a time when markets are monitoring the impact of these levels on producing countries' revenues and global fuel prices.
