OpenAI Brings Together Hundreds of Employees to Monitor Midterm Elections
OpenAI has established an operations center featuring hundreds of employees to monitor interference and unexpected model behavior until votes are counted in the US midterm elections.

OpenAI has established an election operations center featuring hundreds of employees, which begins work this week and will continue until votes are counted in the US midterm elections, according to Firstpost.
The center monitors real-time events and reports of unexpected model behavior, and the company has deployed multiple internal teams to review reported abuse cases.
The company is collaborating with the organization Democracy Works and the Associated Press to provide voter information.
Earlier this month, OpenAI announced detecting two operations of what it described as fake fronts, executed by Russia and Iran using its models.
