Saudi Arabia announced that more than 63,000 Saudi families acquired their first home during the first half of 2026, as part of its efforts to raise the homeownership rate.

About ten thousand and 24 residential land plots exceeding 6.3 million square meters in area were allocated during the first year of the program, with the annual number of allocated plots ranging between ten thousand and 40,000 over five years.
