Braze launched 'Decisioning Studio Go,' a tool that evaluates over a billion combinations in real time for campaign personalization, featuring governance tools and integration with ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.

Braze has launched a new tool named 'Decisioning Studio Go' that evaluates more than a billion combinations simultaneously to select the best content for each customer, including message subject lines, designs, calls to action, timing, and communication frequency.
The company added 'Agency Standards' to review campaigns before sending them, along with reports categorizing the results into pass, warning, or fail, alongside 'Operator Connect' to access Braze tools within ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
It also launched 'Conversational Agents' for WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and web platforms, in collaboration with Amazon through the integration of Amazon Bedrock.
Braze stated that all new tools are currently in a beta testing phase, with two of them expected to reach general availability during October.
