Saudi Arabia recorded net foreign direct investment inflows of 159 billion riyals ($41.7 billion) in 2025, a growth of 33.5%, with the stock rising by 8.3%.

Saudi Arabia recorded net foreign direct investment inflows worth 159 billion riyals, equivalent to $41.7 billion, during 2025, an increase of 33.5% compared to the previous year, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), as reported by the "IndexBox" platform.
The cumulative foreign direct investment stock in the Kingdom rose by 8.3% to reach 1.059 trillion riyals, equivalent to $278 billion.
The recorded inflows in 2025 represent nearly five times their 2017 level, reflecting an improvement in the attractiveness of the Saudi market for foreign capital in recent years.
This growth comes amid the Kingdom's efforts to expand the base of the non-oil economy and boost its appeal to foreign investors across several sectors.
