Hyde Park Acquires 415 Feddans of Dreamland Land in West Cairo
Hyde Park signed an agreement to acquire 415 feddans in the Eastern Expansions of 6th of October City, in the presence of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.
Hyde Park signed an agreement to acquire an area of 415 feddans in the Eastern Expansions of 6th of October City, the land formerly known as "Dreamland," in a deal witnessed by Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, according to the Invest-Gate platform.
Banque Misr and the National Bank of Egypt are participating in the deal through the Egyptian Company for Real Estate Asset Management and Investment.
This is Hyde Park's fourth project in West Cairo and tenth nationwide, representing the company's largest project in West Cairo to date.
This step comes as developers expand across vast tracts of land in East and West Cairo, at a time when the Egyptian market is witnessing growing demand for new housing.

Feddan: A unit of land area equal to approximately 4,200 square meters in Egypt.
Acquisition: The purchase of a company, asset, or plot of land from its owner.
Eastern Expansions: New urban expansion areas to the east of existing cities.
