Dubai Land Department recorded real estate transactions worth AED 2.8 billion across 744 deals in a single day, according to Al Bayan newspaper.
The transactions were distributed among 512 sales worth AED 1.7 billion, which included the sale of 63 buildings, 49 plots of land, and 400 residential units, alongside mortgages valued at AED 855 million spread across 192 transactions.
The department also recorded 40 property gifts worth AED 151 million, in addition to a commercial land mortgage valued at AED 172 million in the Sobha Hartland area.
These figures reflect continued activity in Dubai's real estate market, which is of interest to buyers, sellers, and investors monitoring price movements and demand in the city.
