The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will begin registering 84,177 real estate properties in Riyadh, Qassim, Makkah, and Madinah from October 18 until January 21, 2027, via the Real Estate Registry platform.

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will begin registering 84,177 real estate properties in the regions of Riyadh, Qassim, Makkah, and Madinah, with the process launching on October 18 and continuing until January 21, 2027, according to Sabq newspaper.
Registration is being conducted via the "Real Estate Registry" platform and service centers affiliated with the Authority, with the Riyadh region alone accounting for 34,003 plots of the total covered properties.
First real estate registration is a step that transfers property ownership from paper to a documented electronic registry that accurately defines the location, boundaries, and owner.
This aims to increase ownership reliability, facilitate sales and mortgages, and reduce real estate disputes, directly impacting property owners and buyers in the four regions.
