A cyber extortion group known as 'N Zero N' listed 38 companies from the shipping and logistics sectors across 18 countries on its data leak site, according to the platform 'SAFETY4SEA'. The group was first detected in September 2026.

South Korea accounted for 12 of the listings. Among the listed companies are Ocean Network Express, CULines, TS Lines, Santos Brasil, TTI Algeciras, and Eurogate Tanger.

Ransom demands reviewed by the platform ranged between $2.4 million and $14 million. The group says it will publish the data on October 19 at 13:27 GMT, and none of the listed companies have publicly confirmed being breached so far.

This incident joins a series of attacks targeting the digital infrastructure of the shipping and ports sector, threatening the continuity of supply chains and customer data, and making cybersecurity an operational priority for operators in the region.
