Kenya Rejects Setting Aside €3.16 Million Arbitration Award in Favor of Austria Card
Kenya's High Court refused to set aside a €3.16 million arbitration award, allowing Austria Card to enforce it in a dispute over driving license cards.

Kenya's High Court has rejected Pesa Print's application to set aside a €3.16 million arbitration award.
The court allowed Austria Card to enforce the award against Pesa Print.
The award covers unpaid invoices, raw materials, lost profits, costs, and interest arising from a 2017 contract to supply five million polycarbonate cards for the NTSA's driving license program.
The court concluded that the seat of arbitration was in London and that English law was the governing law of the dispute.
