Aldar plans to deliver more than 3,000 units in Dubai during 2026, and approximately 4,500 units next year.
The launch comes amid growing competition among developers in Dubai for family-focused residential projects, driven by increasing demand for medium and large units.
This signifies additional supply of units to be delivered soon, which matters to buyers and home seekers in Dubai, especially with sustained demand from residents and foreign investors.
