Dubai Land Department participated as a strategic government partner in the RISE 2026 Summit, which launched at the Dubai World Trade Centre, with the participation of more than 300 international institutional investors, according to Al Khaleej newspaper.
The Department's Director General, Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, delivered the opening speech, in which he linked the real estate sector's prospects to the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.
The strategy is a long-term plan aimed at increasing real estate's contribution to the economy and modernizing the system of ownership, registration, digital services, and transparency.
This carries implications for investors, property owners, and tenants in Dubai, as attracting foreign capital is linked to legislative development, the quality of real estate services, and infrastructure.
