Saudi event management company INVE has raised $300,000 in a pre-seed funding round from Outliers Venture Capital to expand its individual and corporate platforms across Riyadh and the Gulf.

Saudi event tech company INVE has raised $300,000 in a pre-seed funding round from Outliers Venture Capital, according to TechMoran.
Founded by Abdulrahman Al-Abdulkareem in 2024, the company built its initial version to manage invitations for his sister's wedding before evolving into a platform that manages digital invitations, RSVPs, guest registration, and digital access passes.
The company states that its platform has supported 250 events across more than 60 cities and towns in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, sending over 35,000 invitations with an 88% response rate, while launching its corporate platform in August 2026.
The platform allows hosts to send invitations from their corporate email and WhatsApp number, complete with custom-branded RSVP pages, registration, and access passes, with plans to use the capital for team growth, branding, customer acquisition, and expanding into commercial events.
