Two Palaces in Palm Jebel Ali for AED 250 Million Each, Handover in 2029
Nordic has launched two luxury waterfront palaces in Palm Jebel Ali priced at AED 250 million each, with handover scheduled for 2029.

Two luxury waterfront palaces in Palm Jebel Ali have been launched at a price of AED 250 million each, totaling nearly half a billion AED for both palaces, according to Al Khaleej newspaper.
The two palaces are being developed by Nordic, a subsidiary of fäm Properties, with plans for handover in 2029, featuring a built-up area of approximately 20,000 square feet per palace.
The sales model relies on allowing the buyer to view the completed home before purchase, departing from Dubai's usual approach of off-plan selling.
This offering targets the wealthiest segment of the market, which is of interest to investors and buyers seeking rare waterfront properties.
What do these terms mean?
Off-plan sale: Purchasing a unit before construction, where the buyer pays in advance and receives the property later upon project completion.
Built-up area: The total usable floor space inside a building, including floors, rooms, and facilities.
Waterfront: Properties directly adjacent to the water, which are typically more expensive because they are limited in supply and highly sought after.
