Ghanem Raises $1.5 Million to Expand Fractional Real Estate Ownership
Saudi Arabia's Ghanem raised an additional $1.5 million, bringing its total pre-seed round to $8.6 million, as it expands fractional real estate ownership starting from 1,000 SAR.

Saudi-based Ghanem, specializing in fractional real estate ownership, announced the closing of an additional $1.5 million funding round with participation from real estate companies and a group of strategic angel investors, bringing its total pre-seed round to $8.6 million.
The previous round raised $7.1 million with participation from Al Rumaih Group, and Waad VC also invested in the company. Founded in 2025 by Saleh Waheed Al-Ghamdi and Amr Issam, Ghanem's platform enables individuals and institutions to invest in income-generating real estate in Saudi Arabia with a minimum starting from 1,000 SAR depending on the opportunity.
The company stated that the new funding will support product development, diversification of real estate investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships as it expands its fractional ownership services. It also highlighted the issuance of digital ownership documents for 580 individuals who participated in the first income-generating real estate investment opportunity via the application, as well as the activation of digital integration with the Real Estate Registry.
A few months ago, Ghanem joined the regulatory sandbox of the General Real Estate Authority, launching its product within this framework to test it under regulatory supervision. CEO and Co-Founder Saleh Waheed Al-Ghamdi said the company is working to make real estate ownership easier through a clear digital experience and ownership documents registered in the investor's name.
