Object 1 Registers Buyers from Over 60 Nationalities in 2026
Object 1 stated that its buyers in 2026 came from over 60 nationalities, distributed almost equally across four continents, supported by accessible entry prices and flexible payment plans.

Real estate company Object 1 recorded sales to buyers from more than 60 nationalities during 2026, distributed nearly equally across four continents. The company attributed this international demand to accessible entry prices and payment plans tailored to buyers' needs, in addition to direct outreach in overseas markets.
An analysis of the company's sales from May 1 to August 3, 2026, showed that Indian buyers accounted for about 20% of registered transactions, becoming the largest buyer nationality. Europe, Africa, and the MENA region each accounted for around a fifth of transactions, with France, Britain, Germany, and Spain leading European demand, while Turkey was among the top five buyer nationalities alongside interest from Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
The company organized roadshows in Africa to connect with new buyers, recording sales to buyers from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Egypt, Mozambique, and Morocco. Entry prices in Object 1's current portfolio start from the late AED 700,000s to under AED 1 million for certain units, with flexible payment plans that include post-handover options.
Tatiana Tonu, CEO of the company, said buyers place their trust in the developer prior to handover, and that buyer data confirms the company offers the right product at the right price and with the right payment plan. She added that 2026 is a handover year for the company, noting that the SKY LEVEL 1 project in Jumeirah Village Circle is close to being fully sold out, featuring 420 one-bedroom units and scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2029.
