TikTok Shop allows box-free and label-free returns via the UPS network
TikTok Shop has added UPS's Happy Returns service, allowing shoppers to return orders box-free and label-free at nearly 10,000 drop-off locations, along with immediate refunds.
TikTok Shop has added the return service belonging to Happy Returns, owned by UPS, allowing shoppers to return orders without a box or shipping label, according to Tubefilter.
The service is available at approximately 10,000 return points, including Ulta Beauty and Staples stores, with instant refunds for purchases.
The report noted that this is the first direct integration of the Happy Returns service inside an e-commerce platform, rather than being limited to retailers' websites.
The report quoted Patrick Nommensen from TikTok Shop as saying that the service makes the return process faster and more reliable for shoppers.
