Accor Raises Profit Outlook as Q3 Revenue Grows 7.7%
Accor raised its annual profit forecast after third-quarter revenue grew 7.7%, while UAE hotel performance remained nearly 20% below last year.

Accor Group raised its forecast for recurring EBITDA to a range of 1,270 to 1,285 million euros, after third-quarter revenue grew 7.7% at constant currency to 1,503 million euros, according to a company statement.
Group-wide revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose 4.9%, an indicator that measures hotel performance by combining occupancy rate and room rate.
In the UAE, RevPAR remained nearly 20% below its level in the third quarter of 2025, according to the statement.
The raised forecast points to resilient travel demand across the group's markets, at a time when results vary between destinations, as regional conditions weigh on the performance of UAE hotels.
