Housing & Development Properties and CRC Dorra Start Club Hills Project Worth EGP 4 Billion

Housing and Development Properties (HDP) and CRC Dorra laid the foundation stone for the Club Hills Residence project spanning 30 acres in 6th of October City under an EGP 4 billion contract, with initial unit deliveries scheduled for 2028.

Housing and Development Properties (HDP), in cooperation with CRC Dorra, laid the foundation stone for the "Club Hills Residence" project in 6th of October City, commencing construction work under a contracting agreement worth EGP 4 billion.

Spanning 30 acres in the heart of 6th of October City, the project directly overlooks Gezira Sporting Club and features luxury apartments and townhouse villas catering to various customer segments, according to a company statement.

The company collaborated with international design firm "Benoy" to prepare the master plans for the project, with initial unit deliveries set to begin in 2028 and the final phase scheduled for completion in March 2029.

Amjad Hasanein, Vice Chairman of HDP, stated that starting the works reflects the company's commitment to announced timelines, while Mohamed Dorra, Vice Chairman of Dorra Group, emphasized that the collaboration with HDP follows the success of the "Terrace" project in Sheikh Zayed City.
